Settle provides AI-powered real estate transaction assistance, including document analysis, deal tracking, and personalized guidance for home buyers and real estate agents. Our AI analyzes your uploaded documents and provides insights based on that analysis.

Not Professional Advice

Settle is not a licensed real estate agent, mortgage broker, attorney, or financial advisor. The information provided through our AI assistant is for educational and informational purposes only. Always consult licensed professionals before making legal or financial decisions related to real estate transactions.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile. You may not share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Document Uploads

You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant Settle permission to process them using our AI pipeline for the purpose of providing you with analysis and insights. We do not claim any ownership of your content.

Subscriptions & Billing

Free accounts have usage limits as described on our pricing page. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day refund policy for new Pro subscribers.

Limitation of Liability

Settle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated analysis. Real estate transactions involve significant financial commitments — always verify critical information with licensed professionals.
